Awsan the homeless and founded the kingdom in South Arabia (Yemen) with the capital at Hagar Yahirr located in Wadi Markha, south of Wadi Bayhan, currently known as the location named Hagar Asfal. Awsan Kingdom is one of the most important kingdom in South Arabia. Areas around 160.000 m² and surrounded by walls made of elementary building of red brick that has been inscribed. Cultivation of crops dependent on irrigation which flows every year in spring and summer, when flows into the wadis, and then running down the field, leaving a thin mud from the dust in the wind which shows the ancient pattern of trenches and fields of empowerment. Radiocarbon in the discovery of deposits in the surrounding irrigation indicates that the irrigation water contains an abundant, causing the population from leaving, is expected in the mid first century BC. Thus far the site was never rebuilt.
Yahirr Hagar city center is very big for South Arabia, which is influenced by Hellenistic culture of the temple and a palace building which is surrounded by dwellings built of red stone with a market and a caravanserai which serves using camel caravans. Hellenistic Greek culture which is spreading in the colony, which made the conquest by Alexander the Great in the fourth century BC. According to Droysen, Hellenistic civilization is a combination of Greek civilization with the civilizations of the Near East (the region of Iran, Israel, Lebanon, Mesopotamia, Syria, Turkey and Jordan). One of the king at that time was under the government of Yemen to pay their respects, his life is shown in the picture using a small statue of the Greek clothing, which is different from its predecessor which uses the Arab-style dress with a skirt and shawl.
