Write Muamalah NOT CASH

God recommends to write if bermuamalah (buying and selling, debt receivables, lease rental, etc.) are not in cash for the specified time. But if all the transactions carried out immediately from hand to hand, so no need to record it.

Transactions in cash are not mentioned in surah Al Baqarah verse 282: O ye who believe, if you do not bermuamalah in cash for the specified time, you should write it. And let a writer of you write it correctly. And do not be reluctant writer to write as Allah has taught him, then let him write and let people who owe it mengimlakkan (what's going to write it) and let him fear Allah his Lord, and let it reduce a bit of debt. If the borrower is not strong or weak reason (it) or he himself could not mengimlakkan, then let his guardian mengimlakkan honestly. And persaksikanlah with two witnesses of those among men. If no two men, then (be) a man and two women from the witnesses that you ridhai, so that if one forgot the other one reminded him. Do the witnesses were reluctant to (give information) when they are called and do not be bored to write the debt, both small and great until the deadline to pay. That is more equitable in the sight of Allah and more can strengthen evidence and closer to not (cause) doubts. (Write muamalahmu it), unless it muamalah kamujalankan cash trade among you is not no sin for you, (if) you do not write it. And if you persaksikanlah to sell to the writer and do not complicate each other's witnesses. If you do (that is), then indeed it is a wickedness in you. And fear Allah, God taught you and Allah is Aware of all things.
